Kim, known nationwide as a victims’ rights advocate after her brother Ron's murder in the infamous O. J. Simpson murder trial, is an impassioned public speaker on victims’ rights, the role of the media, judicial reform, and other related topics.

She is a successful NY Times Best Selling author and Co-Chair of the National Center for Victims of Crime. In 2019, she was the Executive Producer/Host of Confronting: OJ Simpson, and the Executive Producer/Host of Media Circus with Kim Goldman; a new podcast that discusses private tragedy in the public eye from some of the most notorious high-profile stories of our time.
